I give the gift of travel. At the San Diego Travel and Adventure show yesterday I learned so much about the incredible amount of California I’ve yet to explore. Added that to our list. Second, I’m shocked at how much I want to go on a train trip either in Canada or through three countries in the “Stan’s” (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan & Turkmenistan) or Russia, Mongolia & China. Stay tuned!
On a more intimate level, I love the new H2Life sticker I found at the LA Yoga Expo. I have mine on may Blender Bottle (seen here sitting on my desk):
H2Life Stickers are the first water bottle accessory to give you and your bottle an energetic boost! How is this possible? The famous Japanese scientist, Dr. Emoto conducted several experiments revealing that positive intentions written on a water container can actually increase the beauty and vitality of the molecules. Since our bodies are made up of water and water has the ability to remember every frequency it comes in contact with, we can raise our own vibration simply by sipping on water that has been infused with positive vibes. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that these add a stylish touch to any re-usable bottle!
H2Life Stickers are proudly made in the USA with recycled materials, are completely waterproof, and do not leave a messy residue when you peel them off. When you give as a gift you spread goodness all over. You can never have too much love, abundance, trust, gratitude, joy, wisdom, peace and compassion to go around the planet.
Last, but not least, is a little practical, but loving: deodorant. Yes, I know it’s not chocolates or a home made meal but it’s incredibly loving and healthy to give your family and loved ones products that they may not know about or go out and buy themselves that will enhance their life. New evidence suggests that the deodorant you may be using could contribute to Alzheimer’s. I’ve switched to Aluminum-free, Cruelty-free, Paraben-free and Organic/Non-GMO products as much as I can. My two favorites are Humble and Native. Both can be purchase online.
Every day feels like Valentine’s at my house, but a little extra love in February is always a good thing. Namaste, Stephanie
